So, last night I was sleeping and dreaming normally so I was dreaming in my dream (2nd layer of dream) but when I was three I was aware that I'm dreaming but couldn't escape, I got scared and thought I'm trapped here forever so after 10 mins finally I was escape but in my 1st layer of dream then I woke up. Anyone face similar

Idk why some, after UFO footage resales, I only watch 1 video and didn't even focus that much on it. But now I'm having dreams where aliens are invading while I'm going out in my dream. One dream is understandable but I got 3 days straight. Is that some short of sign?
