Another pit for adoption “no fault of his own”

I personally called animal control multiple times this week because this pit bull kept getting loose. It charged at me and attempted to bite my cat, we were both lucky to get away.

The dog was 100% an outside dog and would just come and go as he pleased through broken parts of the fence.

My neighbor surrendered the dog after so many issues. They told me themselves that they were concerned after it kept coming after us.

But alas, he’s up for adoption through “no fault of his own”, good with “men, women, kids, and other dogs”, and “housebroken”. Even with a documented history of trying to attack me and my cat, this is what the animal shelter has the gall to put in writing to get this dog off their plate. This is the same animal shelter that I called the incidents in to, they are well aware of the problems.

If I see a news story in the future on this one, I’ll provide the receipts for the lawsuit. Should probably go ahead and request copies of the incident reports for future reference if needed.
