This is 3rd year my company has given me bad performance review and no salary increment

Last year after bad review they gave me PIP which I passed but then they rated me low again this year. Last year they were giving me MTA option but I chose PIP.

I don’t want to continue in the current company and I want to take MTA option and leave but I don’t think they want to give me MTA this year.

Can I propose MTA from my end with one time severance pay ?

I got layoff in 2026 and I asked for one time settlement as I was expecting one offer letter.
I am joining new job in 2026 itself.

What are my tax implications ? I am in class 3.

I know there are multiple post around this topic and still confusing.

We are visiting Disney for 3 days. 14-15-16 June. We are 4 adults and 2 kids aged 4.

Do we need premium pass for this trip ?
