Bad performance review
This is 3rd year my company has given me bad performance review and no salary increment
Last year after bad review they gave me PIP which I passed but then they rated me low again this year. Last year they were giving me MTA option but I chose PIP.
I don’t want to continue in the current company and I want to take MTA option and leave but I don’t think they want to give me MTA this year.
Can I propose MTA from my end with one time severance pay ?
