Pomni Animiniz Pendants Defects??
I ordered a full box set of pomni animiniz pendants but 4 of the pombubus are defective (or maybe I’m just too paticular when it comes to plushies)
Is there anything I can do at this point?
Tried e-mailing them abt the defects and got no response
TBH, I’m kinda pissed off alrd as this came super late. It was promised to be delivered mid-may (ordered on March), but I kept waiting and it never got delivered (e-mailed the customer service 3x, and received no answers), and suddenly it just got shipped on June 2 without any explanation, apology, or anything
I’m really expecting it to ship mid may and arrive early June as me and my friends were planning to bring the pombubus to theater premiere to film some contents.
I thought that “oh well, at least we’ll get to enjoy the pombubus” but they’re all defectives 😭
PLS if anybody know what to do lmk
