Does anybody know what was happening with the teenagers by cross county that caused all the police activity yesterday?

There was a group at Target with emergency vehicles, and then another group of teen boys getting cuffed near the Mobile gas station.

There were at least two more groups of teenagers talking to police in the area.

What was up??
