Hello guys, I’m considering buying an apartament located in a 1930’s brick villa, at 1st floor/3. The main entrance was modified as I believe it was a bigger apartment and was split into 2 smaller ones, and the entrance was modified.
Were the support pillars were considerably damaged?

I am really considering buying this, but I live in a country where the mejor earthquakes are present, so I appreciate your input. Many thanks in advance!
