HELP 17y International student considering WGU
Hi im in my last month of highschool, i have no particular interests in majors or university life so i decided WGU is the best path for me. Looking for advice on my major and how studying abroad will affect me.
For my major i have decided on either business management to keep my options for jobs diverse, or to major in supply chain since the market for it is booming apparently, what major would you guys recommend out of these 2 or would you recommend something else?
Acceptance rate plus scholarships? I am graduating with a predicted GPA of 3.9 and a SAT score of 1230, and should i do my IELTS?
I live in the UAE so when taking exams do i need to be in the US? when i receive my diploma can they ship it or do i have to go? are there graduation ceremonies and are they held once per year or after every semester? basically tell me anything that requires me to be there pls.
Pros and cons, pros obviously that i get to finish in one semester but people usually talk about the network you make in university, and the internships universities offer since i dont think ill get that here whats some advice you can give me to counteract this.
International validity, I want to know if i decide to do my masters somewhere else or when applying to jobs outside the US will this degree affect me negatively?
school curriculum, what do i need to do? like attend classes do hw? or just the tests? and if i fail test when can i retake them and is there a limit?
Job market, idk what to ask in this section really but i guess what should i expect after graduation and if you guys know anything specific about the UAE job market.
Any additional stuff i should know or anything you want to say!!
thanks for you time any help is appreciated!!!
