Hi
I have got an offer from ebay and celonis
Ebay - 40 base + 50k usd stocks.

Celonis - 46-47 base and rsu( company yet to undego ipo).

I am under the dilemma of which one to choose
Ebay has a scale, its B2C , plus the brand value is huge

Celonis on the other hand is B2B,
Its IPO could be a great return but not sure.

Can anyone advise which one to choose?
