Has anyone else had any issues receiving the 100 bonus points for using redemptions? I activated the 3x point offer in the app made a bopis order to put me over the threshold for the redemption (got all the bonus points for this order) didn’t see anything about needing to activate anything for the redemption points but customer service is telling me I never activated it therefore not eligible
