I’m 20 and I’ve had a couple of relationships before, but I still feel pretty inexperienced when it comes to dating. One thing I’ve been struggling with is conversations—when I start talking to a girl, it often dies out quickly and I’m not sure how to keep things engaging or build interest.
I take care of myself (I’ve been working out for a few years, average build, etc.), so I don’t think it’s just about appearance. It feels more like I’m missing something in how I communicate or present myself.
Has anyone else dealt with this or improved their conversation skills? What actually made a difference for you?
