Advice needed for gas line sizing.

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure on if I'm thinking in the right direction on the size and length of my natural gas line needs.

The distance from my meter to the furthest appliance (garage water heater, 40,000 BTU) is about 75'

In addition it would need the following branches coming off it along the way (the number in parentheses is how long the branch will be from the main trunk)...

Furnace 80,000 btu (7')
Stove/oven 61,000 btu (15')
Fireplace unknown btu, 20-40k maybe? (12')

Am I right in figuring a 1" trunk with the branches at 1/2" is the correct sizing here?
