Back shop to front shop
Hey I’m a back shop guy recently moved to front shop as an assistant store manager. Is it always this hard to transition? I’m fresh off that the back shop floor 4 days in and the manager quit pretty much the same day I officially started. I’m the only service advisor left here and I’m flying totally blind. Is it just me? Am I stupider than I thought? Was this a failure on my DM to leave me here without a manager on standby? The manager that quit gave the company a month’s notice, it’s not like they weren’t aware this was coming.
