TikTok Creator Rewards Glitch? $150 disappeared after app reinstallation, but support confirmed it’s a global server bug.

I wanted to share what just happened to my account to see if anyone else is experiencing the exact same issue right now.
A couple of days ago, my Creator Rewards balance was at $550+ USD (account registered in France, 100% organic content, zero violations, and only 13 videos posted this month). However, due to a minor glitch, I had to reinstall the TikTok app on my phone.
As soon as I logged back in, $150 USD completely vanished from my dashboard, dropping my balance to exactly $400 USD. The analytics for about 15 days of work just stopped displaying correctly.
I immediately opened a ticket with TikTok Support, and after a few messages, a human agent explicitly confirmed that this is a known global server bug affecting creators worldwide. They assured me that my previous $550+ balance was correct, that the $400 figure is just a display error, and that all missing funds will be fully reinstated once the backend fix is deployed.
It’s been a few hours and the balance hasn't updated yet, which obviously makes me a bit anxious.
