I would like to have a trip that is deep, insightful, and spiritual, but also something that I can actually take action upon. I took 1g of dried Golden Teachers for a first time, which was a great experience, but I would say didn’t feel deep enough. I don’t, however, want to push it too far, and take like 5g and have an experience so abstract that I can’t actually implement any insights. I’m thinking about 3-3.5g, is this an accurate dose for my intended purpose? I’ve taken higher doses of 5-HO-MET before, which did not have a very strong emotional effect, which is what I’m looking for in mushrooms.
