I’m from Jodhpur and currently researching the local drinking water delivery market.
I wanted to understand the real problems people face when ordering 20L water jars for their homes or offices.
Some issues I’ve heard so far:

• Supplier not answering calls
• Running out of water unexpectedly
• Inconsistent water quality
• No way to verify water quality
• Difficulty getting deliveries on weekends
• Lack of professional customer service
