I am a female approaching 30s with zero work experience no hobbies with a newly developed condition that makes marriage difficult have ailing parents that i am of zero help to. Battling adhd. Idk where do i stand in life i dont know how to take a fresh start from here. I dont know how to get out of this misery. Idk y i never learned to live life.

Is itworth it to get treatment for ADHD at 29. Also has anyone had a positive experience with salmaniya and adhd diagnosis and can a neurologist help instead of a psychiatrist?
