Is this a flare up, I know this going to sound stupid but I don’t know what it is I’m looking for when I think I have a flare up the very 1st time I had gotten pod it was all over my face right up onto my eyes can someone help please.

Did anyone notice while using Azelaic Acid that it made their pod worse? I have been using it only for 2 days and have started to get red bumps and the area around my nose has gotten redder?

I have a couple of red dots around my nose that are flat and then I have one beside my nose that I have circled and one on my cheek.
