Hi folks. i keep running into this annoying issue, where the Acknowledgement of Appointment signature on part 6 of the form, is not available to edition, but rather auto fills from the petitioner's first, last, and middle names.

the problem is that i dont have a middle name. what should i do? is the text scanned or can i use an image of text like signature ?

did anybody ran into same issue?

no signature or initials generated, cant type manually
