Do we ever consider negative dividend?
A while ago my father has shown me this facebook video about a guy solving -17÷3 where he didn't separate the negative sign from the dividend while dividing. The normal answer is -5.666.... . So is the method wrong in the first place or there is a specific situation where we follow this rule?
