Keto with berries and melon
Wondering if anyone does ketogenic diet including daily low sugar fruits like berries or melon? A strawberry has one gram of carbs so one should be able to fill the plate with fruit instead of fat along with the protein and end up with less calories.
I have been really low carb, less than 20 g a day for months now and just bought some fruit yesterday. Wondering if the concept is something others are doing.
