Nervous about new job

Just accepted a new job and I’m really nervous about it because it seems way more complicated than my current role, I’ve been doing maintenance for 3 years at a cnc shop and I’ve learned a good amount but this new job is a waste company and the machines are way bigger and seem more complicated and I just feel like I’m under qualified my current job pays 23$ and the new one I’m starting at 29$ plus 3$ graveyard differential, but yeah any tips you guys give me for being able to succeed at the new position?

How is it working graveyard shifts?

I’m about to start a graveyard shift in 2 weeks 9pm to 5:30 am they pay 30$ so it’s more money than I make now I make 23$ and work mornings, how is it working graveyard shifts?? The place ima work at doesn’t have production during 3rd shift so they told me is nothing but fixing and troubleshooting, I only have about 2 years of cnc maintenance and where ima work it’s way more complicated and machines are way bigger than what I do so I’m a little nervous about starting

Working at Athens services or WM

I got a job offer for plant mechanic Athens services and just wondering if anybody has worked there before and tell me how is it working maintenance there?
I’m currently at an aerospace company fixing cnc machines and Athens is way different and looks more complicated just trying to decide if I should take it or not, I’m currently making 23$ an hour and the company I’m at is really chill about time off and everything else and Athens id be making 29$ and better benefits just wondering
