I made this on Sunday when I was free, so I thought, “Let’s do something.” A comparison isn’t possible because Acharya Ji’s Gita is far above everything, but I made this for people who don’t know about it yet. I hope you like this video.
This week was a whirlwind of work and zero practice, but still I lined up for my first-ever 5km race. Somewhere around the middle, my body started screaming at me to stop. I almost convinced myself that giving up was the only option.
Then, I thought of Acharya Prashant Ji. I thought about his relentless work for all of us, day in and day out, without breaks. I remembered the teaching: “Freedom begins with no.” So, I said no to the fatigue. I said no to the urge to rest.
I finished in 38 minutes. It might not be a world record, but for a first-timer who hasn’t practiced, it’s a personal victory I’ll never forget. Huge thanks to my two friends who joined me and made the experience even more amazing!
