Broke by tibia and fibula
(included a picture of the xray, post op xray, and a drawing of what my roommate said it looked like) This happened about 8 months ago, It took 1 rod and 8 screws to fix everything, i was completely bed ridden for 6 weeks, and i couldn't walk without a walker for 6 months, be careful with your ladders people, make sure they are secure, dont hand wave it away because this could happen to you. Surgery happened 25 hours after the break and lasted for about 3 hours, the 25 hours that i was conscious felt like days, i dont remember alot of what happened thankfully because of how many drugs i was on

New wheel chair user
So i broke my leg last December, had emergency surgey and ive had intense physical therapy for the past 6, 7 months but it has been concluded that using a wheelchair outside of my house is essentially a requirement as i cant walk/stand for more than 5 minutes at a time before needing an extended break. Now that gets me to my question, how do i carry things? Cause i cant put more than like 2 things in my lap before it gets hard to keep them from falling, cause i cant have one thing in my hand and push myself, cause ill just go in circles. Help?
