Any suggestions for a dark, cozy place with warm comfort food? Thinking in the vein of a Bull & Bush or Burns Pub type vibe today. Any places I’m forgetting about ? Something like a French Dip sounds great today.

I love classic Colorado green chili, e,g. spicy gravy consistency with some chunks of pork, smothering a burrito or inside a handheld breakfast burrito. However, a lot of these green chili recipes use flour as a thickening agent. Know anywhere in town that makes great green chili without gluten ?
