Going through a very rough patch in marriage. My marriage has always been rocky. But it seems like there no hope now after past 2-3 months. Am I destined for separation

I would like to understand how will my career progress. I make decent salary but would like to move out of IT role and possibly start something of my own. My fear is even though I do really well at job I tend to loose interest once I know the things at work.

What profession will suit me. And will I be financially stable
