Best way to find apartments NOT condos or houses?

Hi are there any good resources to finding apartment buildings with vacancies? It seems all the sites I try (Zumper, padmapper, etc) mix condos in with apartments, and I have an abysmal credit score, not good enough for a smaller landlord to consider me.

Looking to move to Toronto in late July (my current lease in London ends Aug 1st) and could really use some tips/best practices to find a good 1 bedroom apartment to rent, budget is $2000/mth including parking.
