live theft in Charkop, Kandivali West
Possible car theft attempt in Charkop, Kandivali West (4th July, ~3:30 AM)
Last night (4th July) at around 3:30 AM, while it was pouring rain, I was standing by my window in Charkop, Kandivali West when I noticed 5-6 men surrounding a parked car.
From what I could see, they appeared to be trying to break into or steal the vehicle. It definitely didn’t look like they owned the car. The weather was terrible, and there was barely anyone around, which made the whole situation even more suspicious.
I’m posting this to see if anyone else in the area witnessed the same thing or has heard anything about it. If you live around Charkop or nearby, it might be a good idea to check your CCTV footage if you have cameras facing the street.
Please stay alert and keep your vehicles locked and secured. Has anyone else experienced something similar recently in Kandivali West?
