Concerned about “unworn” exchange policy after trying on a delivered pair
A pair I ordered came in and after spending a couple minutes walking around in my apartment I’ve decided to try and exchange them a size down. The left shoe is perfectly fine but this crease appeared on my right (it was on my foot a bit longer). The website says unworn, does this no longer qualify as such? Thanks!
