Hey Yall, I live in the US and have been absolutely captivated by carp fishing. However I have one major problem, the carp in my area very seldomly eat off the bottom, they’re either in the middle or top of the water column. Is there any unconventional floating rigs my European peers are aware of that I don’t? I’ve been having the most success using a bobber, a size 6/0 octopus hook about 1-2 feet below the bobber with my homemade pack bait. However I’m struggling to maintain sufficient tension between the hook and their mouth with no leads. Any help would be deeply appreciated!
