I am 31 years old, my family is planning to sell some land, and I’ll be getting around ₹80 lakhs (after taxes) as my share.

I’m trying to figure out what to do with the money. I don’t want to make any stupid decisions with such a large amount, so I’d rather take my time and invest it properly.

I already have a house so I am not looking to buy another property. I have next to no experience investing money in stocks or mutual funds.

Any advice will be appreciated.
