Edit: Dahua turret style camera (Empiretech)

I am trying to mount my cameras under the soffits/eaves (not sure the right term). The camera would be best in the circled area on the 2x8", higher up in the soffit or on the wall gets quite a bit of interference from the gutter drain-pipe on the right. But that spot isn't large or flat enough to screw in the mount. I have a 3D printer if that helps.

BTW, this is a rental, so going for the least amount of damage possible. Some wood screws into the 2x8 are ok, I can fill and paint them when I leave.
