I’m well aware of how everyone’s looking for distressed deals, and expect townhouses like this to somehow go for < 2m because of the conflict. And, this isn’t what I’ve valued it, it’s what the owner wants for it. It’s a 2200 sq ft net sq ft townhouse in Pulse Townhouses, that’s recently been recently renovated. Selling price is 3m, and is vacant on transfer. Dm me if interested for floor plan and pics.
