I live in thr upper Midwest, and as you can see from this photo, there are droppings on the floor of my garage.

Four hours ago, I was inspecting my garage. And I touched the 2x4 you see down there.

I don't think I touched any droppings but I cannot be sure.

My fingers came away with some grey dust which I rinsed off.

It wasnt until 30 minutes later that I realized I hadn't properly washed my hands (stupid I know). And in that time I was touching my face, and my phone, etc.

I struggle with intense anxiety and I am extremely worried right now.

I would appreciate anyone's thoughts. Im trying not to panic.
