Hii. I found out yesterday my dentist who wrote my LOR forgot their letterhead and signature. I only found out as TUFTs sent me an email. I have received two interviews already and no other school has told me this is a problem. I reached out to LiaisonCAS to see if I can update the letter and they said no... any advice lol
Should i email the schools I applied to and ask to send the updated letter?
I am so indecisive, and I have already submitted to my top school. Can anyone give advice or input on these schools and whether I should apply based on my stats?

DAT: 460 AA, 470 TS, Gen Chem 500, OChem 480, Bio 440, QR 470, PAT 440, RC 410
Volunteer hours: 1,000 from one organization + started my own oral health donation drive
Shadowing: 150 hrs
Assisting: 150 hrs
Leadership: E-board for sorority + dental club + ambassador for pre-dents at my university + Gen Chem/OChem tutor
Research: 300 hrs BUT the caveat is I actually didn't know what I was doing the entire time, and it is hard to speak on 😭
LORs: 2 professors I precept for, a general dentist, and my volunteer supervisor
2 Ws freshman year in Math
I actually can't write or read for shi, hence the RC score lol... personal statement is probs decent, but WHO KNOWS 😭
Now to the schools...
I actually have no money to spend on 20 schools so if anyone can help me narrow it down. ILY thank you, and best of luck to everyone. WE GOT THIS
