I feel like i hit a wall
I’ve been running my store for a few months now and it feels like I hit a point where growth just stopped. I’m still getting sales but it feels like nothing is really improving anymore even though I’m putting more time into it than before.
Right now most of my day goes into dealing with backend stuff fixing random issues checking orders updating product pages testing ads and trying to keep everything organized. The problem is it feels like I’m busy all day without actually moving the store forward.
I’m also starting to realize my current setup probably isn’t built for growth long term because the more orders come in the more work gets added on my side instead of things becoming smoother.
What did you change that helped if you've been through this? Better systems? More automation? Different ad strategy? I need to figure out what direction to move in because right now it feels like I’m stuck maintaining instead of growing.
