Tuition Fee Loan (TFL) – Received my loan account letter, but no instructions on what to do next?
Hey everyone,
I’m year 1 internation student in temasek poly and I’m a bit confused about the DBS Tuition Fee Loan process.
I applied a while back and recently received the official letter confirming only my loan account number. However, that’s all I’ve gotten. There wasn’t any additional information regarding the next steps, like how to "activate" it with the school or if I need to upload anything to the student portal.
I'm a bit worried about missing the payment deadline and had to prepare for the fee if TFL is rejected. Any advice?
