I got acceptance for my ILR application yesterday (15 May 2026), and I wanted to share my journey. I had read many posts and experiences here which helped me a lot to understand many things related to UK visa including documents requirements and rules. I am very thankful for all of that

I entered UK on a skilled worker visa in November 2022 for 22 months (September 2024). I then was granted another skilled worker visa for 24 months (October 2026). Meanwhile, I applied for Global talent visa endorsement in December 2025, and was granted GT visa on 31 March 2026. My field is biological sciences making me eligible for 3-year accelerated route to ILR. I applied for ILR in May, attended biometrics on 14 May and got my approval on 15 May.
