Kresley Cole help!

I'm late to the Kresley Cole party here, but I just finished her MacCarrick Brothers trilogy and looooved it! Great manly-yet-vulnerable Scottish MMCs, romantic but not helpless FMCs, settings all across Europe, exciting danger and daring rescues... Has she written any other historical romances like this? I mostly see her name with Romantasy books, which is great, just not what I'm into right now.

Alternatively, can anyone help me with a "If I like the MacCarrick Bros series, I might like..."?

Putting in the first book for the bot.

Warrior-esque MMCs

It's happened, y'all. I'm sick of dukes, viscounts, noble English daughters having their first Seasons, etc. I'm finding it hard to get excited about an MMC in a smartly-fitted cravat who only exercises at his pugilist club, and would promptly perish in the wilderness.

I started out my HR journey with Scottish Highlander romances, and I'm thinking I need to return (I also like Pamela Clare-style, 1740s Colonial America romances, just need a manly man). Call me old-fashioned, but I just want to read about a giant, virile, brave and handsome MMC who rescues/covets/ravishes FMC, etc. He can be highborn, that's fine, but I'd rather a Chieftain than a member of the Ton if that makes sense?

I've read Monica McCarty, Margaret Mallory, Heather McCollum, Maya Banks, Kerrigan Byrne, and Rebecca Ruger. 4/5 steam is a must. I didn't like Lyndsay Sands, and I'm not into time travel. Any suggestions?

Need Kindle recommendations!

I'm going on a long train ride, and I need a new author! I love Elizabeth Hoyt, Lisa Kleypas, Kerrigan Byrne, Monica McCarty, Margaret Mallory, and Heather McCullough, but I've read just about all of their stuff. I don't love Alice Coldbreath or Grace Calloway. 4/5 Steam level is a MUST!

Many thanks!

Doxycycline and Metrocream?

I've had PD for a few months now; 41 y/o White female, dealing with acne rosacea for the last 8 years. I tried everything the internet suggested on my own (azalaic acid, Adapalene, cicalfate, Soolantra, cutting out Vitamin C serum, etc), finally broke down and went to the doctor. I just started 100 MG of Doxy, and Metrocream which I used when I was first dxed with acne rosacea. Has anyone been successful getting rid of PD with this combo? I'm washing with either Vanicream Gentle, or Kate Somerville EradiKate. Then Metrocream in the morning, and Soolantra at night. I have no idea what triggered the PD, but nothing seemed to help.

I'm so frustrated. I had FINALLY gotten my face to a good point, had very gradually introduced Adapalene a few nights a week and azalaic acid/vitamin c alternating each morning. My skin looked great and felt fine for months. Now this out of nowhere.
