Job switch
Hey guys, currently i am working as a Market research analyst in a firm with only 6 people (3 people in the research team including me). I have been working there for three years.
The firm is currently making me work on multiple projects for different time zones at the same time. The work load has increased and responsibilities too from client calls to submission of the report.
I am fine taking responsibilities and working overtime but i feel i am not getting the appraisals and appreciation from my CEO. I am currently paid 40,000 per month.
I have expertise in GTM, market entry strategy, competitive intelligence and client calls.
I am looking for roles like VC analyst, founders office, strategy/growth analyst where my research can be helped and i can shift from giving recommendations to helping in execution or learning the technology more deep and help companies to solve problems.
Can you guide me or help me in getting referrals.
