hi, i really like cantonese bbq over rice (烧腊饭, from their menu) and have been trying to figure out what the thin sour soy sauce is called. it's put on the rice (not the meat) and i usually get crispy pork (火肉) so i'm not sure if it's just for that meat or all meats.
i really really like it so i want to make some to have on hand lol. thank you!!
