[Global] What agency tasks did you automate first?

I'm still figuring out what is actually worth automating. There's always another tool promising to save time but I don't want to build some ridiculously complicated tech stack just to automate tasks that take 10 minutes. Paid social is one area I'm looking at. We've started doing enough Meta campaigns that launching and duplicating ads is becoming repetitive and I came across Blip while looking for a solution but I’m not sold yet.

What did you automate first that genuinely gave you more time back?
