How do I have my focus track an animal such as a walking bear or flying bird? I have my focus set to AF-C and AF area mode to 3D. I thought the focus box would move across the screen with the object that is moving. Am I not understanding this correctly? Or is it I still have to move my camera with the animal but as long as the object stays in the focal box, it stays focused?

I made a heart using pool noodles and was hoping to stretch fabric over it and use that as a prop for a newborn. I tried a bedsheet and the heart barely showed. I don't think placing an actual baby within the heart will help either. I assume there's a special fabric used rather than regular fabric? I stretched it on a hula hoop with clamps. Amazon didn't look very helpful either with options but I'm sure I'm searching incorrectly. And yes, I'm a newb :)
