Boris the Bear. Boris the Black. Boris the Blade.
Whenever you want to hire an Exotic to do a job, are an Exotic in need of protection, or want to become an Exotic... you go to Czar Boris... or rather, one of the Exotics working for him.
Czar Boris is one of the most feared crime bosses in Night City, and has been nicknamed 'The Godfather of the Exotic Community.' A former Russian mobster who had to leave Moscow under circumstances no one wants to talk about, Boris came to Night City sometime after the 4th Corporate War and rose to power as a loan shark and cred shark, and branched out into illegal gambling, protection rackets, and the night markets.
If money is involved, Boris has his paws in it.
For reasons unknown, Boris became an Exotic and was bodysculpted into a humanoid black bear, and wearing expensive black Businesswear is a truly imposing figure. Boris is a high ranking Fixer/Exec, and owns a number of banks, property management firms, and loan companies on the Pacific Coast, all of which launder money for his criminal organization. He prefers to remain behind the scenes, and operates through other Fixers and Execs. If Boris ever wants to see you in person, something very bad is about to happen... either to you or someone else.
His girlfriend and bodyguard is a Solo named Natasha Kotov who has been bodysculpted to resemble a Russian blue cat; the two of them are constantly making in-jokes from the classic cartoon series, The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, and both are fans of 20th century television shows and cartoons.

Two of my favorite NPC's from Cyberpunk 2020 (yes, I'm that old) were a pair of unpleasant individuals by the name of Burke and Hare. Former employees of Trauma Team International from London, the two of them were caught selling body parts on the black market... and it was only after they fled England to Night City it was discovered some of the parts were from unwilling donors.
When the player characters encountered them, they were operating an illegal business selling black market body parts and cyberware, and the two organleggers became useful when you had a body (or a LOT of bodies) and needed to dispose of it... no questions asked.
Flash forward twenty-five years to 2045, where Burke & Hare have become a ruthless pair of total body replacement cyborgs (Gemini) and operate an illegal business in Night City known as Resurrection, Incorporated. Together with a number of equally unpleasant Edgerunners, they do everything from plunder the bodies of boostergang members after firefights--but before Trauma Team shows up--sell black market cyberware and body parts, operate ripperdoc clinics, and of course, buy recently deceased corpses... no questions asked.
Most of their employees are just as nasty, unpleasant, and unprincipled as they are, and are the people you love to hate.
