It’s an off campus housing in a very quiet and safe neighborhood 10 mins walk from USC and 12 mins drive from DTLA. You will get to live in the entire apartment (3b2b) on your own and it’s a very spacious and recently renovated unit!
Rent is $1400 (heavily discounted from $1700) per month plus utilities (around $20) and it comes furnished! (including a bed, desk, dining table&chair, couch, coffee table). Wifi, water and trash are included.
