What would you do?

What would you do?

The photos represents recent soil test results. This is in a backyard in NYC, so I was expecting some lead. I am currently growing tomatoes, cucumbers, shishito peppers, snap peas, strawberries, and green beans. Everything is in very early stages minus the strawberries and peas. What can I do now to improve the soil quality? I already have added compost and a layer of mulch to lessen the exposure to lead. I realize the lead levels are high, but most of what I am reading suggests that I can still grow certain produce without exposing myself too much. I just want to know what you would do to make the soil healthier for a veggie garden. And is it too late to add some nutrients?
