I’m down to one wedge it feels funny and my Achilles and calf keep jumping I’m not in pain but I feel something is that normal?

I tore my Achilles last month on the 12th I didn’t completely rupture it… anyone else went through it???

I’m in a boot my doctor told me I can put as much weight on it as I can stand I’ve been moving around in the boot with no crutches my Achilles isn’t hurting anymore but my calf still has slight pain any advice for me….
