5 months in, US $12 MRR - here's what i've been doing (this subreddit is inspiring)
It's been 5 months (i guess that's a short period)
I've been building, sometimes working till ~3am in the night
I feel like I'm good at building, but not so good at marketing. I enjoy building so much, but not the marketing
So me and my cofounder decided to make a reel and are using that as the ad creative for the meta ads we started today. Doing app ads. (good/bad idea?).
We've also programmed a bot to find opportunities to pitch our products. And then we post/comment/reply.
Use Cloudflare pages to take the landing pages for the apps instead of using complex hosting setup.
Is there anything else I should be trying/doing? How do folks who are doing >100 USD MRR keep themselves motivated? What is your day like?

Here's what we've built so far for which the above RevenueCat figures are:
GitSetGo - a game to learn Git via a game (we've been partnering with colleges so we get ~10-20 installs a day, game has tiny ~1-2USD in-app purchases for the Git certification, unlimited coffee). Haven't gated the levels in any way, all 30 levels are free/open.
CardAction - an offline, on-device business card scanner that syncs data to Google Sheets, or to any CRM via webhook instantly/directly.
