Hello, my grandfather had schizophrenia and now my brother is having hallucinations. He thinks he is in with celebrities and that he is dating Alexandra Daddario. He thinks everyone wants him. Currently he is posting a lot of hints on Facebook that insinuate killing “someone” or anyone that crosses him. This is just the most recent example “Gang stalk me & I will pick one of you unfortunate souls..” then he deletes them later. He has posted more obvious ones about killing but I can’t remember them.

Should we be worried or any suggestions what we should do?
