Does anyone know of any online courses that you can do over the summer to build up the ETCs for leaving cert subjects? I know there are micro credentials in different universities, but are there any free alternatives that I may not have come across?

Is there a list ranking the most in demand subjects? I know people say languages maths sciences etc are the most in demand but are there any actual articles or publications that categorically states the most in demand subjects?
