Me and my spouse both did medical exam on 2021 before coming to Canada. I learnt from IRCC that inland applicant do not need upfront medical if medical was done in last 5 years.
I will be submitting my profile end of this month (May 2026) so do I need to do new medical or use the previous one?

Reason I am asking this because I saw a rejection post due to old medical report. **
